the staff were very friendly and helpful. the facilities were well-kept, especially the infinity pool. i found the live music every night a plus (it added to the atmosphere).
the location is a bit far from key attractions.

The resort is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. I found many complimentary offerings for recreation, restaurant, bikes, and tours, and I hope they will improve. The pools had a perfect temperature.
The windows cannot be opened and the door hasn't a mosquito net (i got full of bites). At night there is a sewage smell. I expected to see coral and fishes, not muddy waters!!!

The staff greeted me warmly. Jovan, a waiter, checked on my table often. The breakfast had clear signs about the ingredients. The hotel kept the facility clean.
The hotel sits far from the city. The dinner food did not suit me. The bathtub water looked yellow.

The staff was attentive. They addressed my needs quickly and politely. The gym features three treadmills. I also saw two stationary bikes there. Food options seemed diverse. I saw daily specials at the restaurant. Pools had plenty of space.
The resort location require a considerable travel time to reach other points of interest.

hands-on staffwell-managed reserveorganized experience
the staff was friendly and helpful. the reserve was well-managed, and the staff ensured everything was organized. sir albert quintela was hands on to guests, a great example of customer care, and michael fajardo and michael bersida were helpful too.
the hotel is located remotely. it is a long way to go anywhere! a minimum 1 1/2 hour drive is needed to go anywhere.
